Cardio - how important do you think it is?

I say do whatever works for you schedule. You do need some cardio in your program for variety and to make sure you don't plateau. I love circuit workouts because I can do a few minutes of cardio then a few minutes of weights the repeat. That's how I get in both my cardio and weights when I'm short on time.
