^^^This! I have done a few HIIT from this website, they range in time.

I wanted to try something new to see if I liked it before I purchased her HIIT 90 day program. It is only $16 on Amazon and the workouts are generally between 10-15 minutes + warmup/cool down. I NEVER thought I would want a workout that was 10-15 minutes to be over with sooooo bad. She is seriously soooo tough. I feel the cardio effects afterwards too. I really feel like I get in a very good workout in such a short amount of time. I love the dvds and I am sooo glad I bought them, especially on the days I am short on time. Try some workouts from that first link, and if you decide you like it then you can buy her 90 day program here:
