Welcome back to the board! Congrats on the 10 pounds lost so far! I have a couple lingering injuries that still bug me now and then. In college, I slightly dislocated both kneecaps (at different times) and as a result, stretched out the ligaments in my knees. My knees have made terrible crunching noises ever since. I started taking glucosamine and it has helped tremendously! Like Patty said, it took a while (about a month for me) for it to really kick in, but my knees feel so much better!
