Breakfast - slice of banana bread and Chex Mix
Lunch - grapes and Chex Mix
Dinner - Kung Pao chicken from Pei Wei - 1/2 order with noodles instead of rice.
Breakfast - vanilla protein drink, handful of walnuts, cantalope and a pear
Lunch - one bite of a disgustingly squishy mcdonald's grilled chicken sandwich.
pretzels and small vanilla shake.
Dinner - not sure
