Runkeeper for my walking/running, Just 6 weeks for working on my push ups and situps (and eventually squats and dips). I have a Couch to 5k app but I'm not quite to the level to do even the first week of that yet lol. Monitor Your Weight as a weight tracker (though I mostly just use weightgrapher.com for that)
I like apps if you couldn't tell hah.
