My goals for this week:
Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks, stop eating after 7pm (every day)
Do 30 minutes on the elliptical x3
Do 6 days of strength training.
Made myself some big goals. Hope this helps keep me on track. I will be sad if I'm the only one stuck on level one. LOL.
