This week's goals:
I'm making my goals a little lighter this week because I'm in a bit of a rut and just want something I can do this week to get me back on track.
Do 20-30 minutes on the elliptical 3 times this week.
Do 3 upper body workouts and 3 lower body workouts
Last week's goals:
I was doing so good until the end. I had a migraine on Saturday so I decided to take that as my rest day and workout on Sunday but then Sunday I was so sick. I'm not sure what's wrong but I've been running a low fever and still don't feel well. So, no, I didn't accomplish my goals last week. Kind of bummed.
