This week: Gonna aim a little lower this week and see how it goes.
15 miles walking.
2 days abs and arm.
2 days 45/90 2 miles.
Last week: I did 18 out of 20 miles walking last week, 2 out of 3 abs and arms days, and 0 out of 3 of my 45/90 2 miles. The weather sucked all week so I didn't go to the park to walk/run as much as I'd hoped. But I had a lot of errands and stuff that kept me out and about a lot so at least I kept active.
