I did good on all my goals last week. I think this week, my goals are going to be exactly the same + I want to get into planking this week.

1. Stay away from the chocolate
2. Get to the gym 3 days this week
3. Run at least 3 miles 5 days this week, and 6 miles one day
4. Plank (I think maybe I'll aim for three- 60 second planks all 7 days of the week)
