Ready For Spring!

My goals for last week were to increase my workout time to 4xW. Stay away from the fast food and to start strength training. Nope, nope and nope.
I'm having a stressful time at work, and so I'm eating more than usual. Upside...I lost 3.4 pounds...I have no idea how (I do, I'm a lot more active at work now since, instead of being a sedentary nurse, I've been hooking it giving baths as an aide)
This week: Drink more water and no sodas. Get back on the treadmill 3XW, and restart logging my food.
