I did a DVD called Cross Fire which is tabatas and some circuit training. I also did Get Rolling which is plank work with the stability ball. I wish I had time to do this one more often. My abs are on fire after doing it. I would definitely lose my mommy tummy if I did this one alot. Guess I need to try to find the time.
