Pregnancy magazines from myself!
They claim to make you stress less - but they just make me feel worse about things (like the canned tomato soup I NEED to have tonight). I just don't need the extra worry that I'm not eating only organic apples. Maybe it's the hormones
What have you had to ban to stop from worrying too much? If anything at all??
