I am happy to say I accomplished my goals last week, mostly because I kept things light, but I'm still happy. I think I am going to keep my goals light this week too just because I haven't been feeling well.
Goals: Workout at least 4 times this week, 2 upper body, 2 lower body
Workout on the elliptical (at least) 2 times for at least 20 minutes
Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day.
Missing my Mommy Weightloss & Fitness girls. You're the best!
