I'm very excited to report that I met my goals last week. I was finally able to get back into the swing of working out again and it's amazing how much better I feel on days that I workout than on days when I don't.
My goals for this week:
1. Work out 4 times, 2 days of cardio, one day of total body weight work and 1 day of circuit training.
2. continue to eat well and stay at our below 33 Weight watchers points for 5 days.
3. Do 3 10 minute core workouts.
I'm going to keep my goals basically the same as last week, just trying to add in some more core.
