I only did 2 days of strength training and I've completely fallen off the bus for the ab/squat challenge. I did finish week 5 of Couch to 5K and drank lots of water.
- complete week 6 of Couch to 5K
- 3 days of strength training
- 1 serving of fruit every day
You stay the same. The levels just tell you how many weeks you have accomplished your goals.
