I finally met a week of goals! I went light on my workouts last week because I was gone for the first part of the week and had pretty well fallen off the band wagon...needed to get myself started again. I got 2 workouts in and a list of lower body and a list of upper body workouts to do on DH's weight machine and with my free weights done.
This weeks goals:
Work out 5 times
Log all 7 days on MFP
