I may bend, but not break
Join Date: Mar 2008
1 - Continue with minimum 60oz water
2 - Stick to the Wii workout schedule (Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun)
3 - Get in at least one walk (this is a cheat, cause the walk is already planned for tonight )
4 - Not go shopping hungry. I've had subway once this week already, I don't need it again!
Alas I ended up in pain with the wii and did not complete that, so I didn't meet all the goals.
1- continue with the water
2- use the wii 3x this week
3- go for a walk.
4- fill the fridge with veggies from the farmers market on Saturday (if they have any that is LOL)
~TTC #1 together 1 year and counting ~
