I thought I wasn't going to accomplish mine but since I finally lost weight - I reached my goals!!
My goals for last week:
**Loose at least 1 pound.
- - - I lost 3 - YEA!!!
**Do the 2 mile workout challenge at least 3 x's
- - - - I did the 2 mile workout 4 times last week
**Start squats and crunches challenge and do it at least 3 days
- - - - - I did it everyday except the day/s that the challenge stated I need to rest
My goals for this week:
**Stay at the same weight (or loose) and not gain any back
**Continue the squat and crunch challenge - this one is getting harder for me
**Do 2 mile workouts at least 4 times this week
**Do at least 1 day of working out 3 times (I'm doing this in order to try and get myself to workout in the morning rather than late afternoon).
**Go on a bike ride (any distance) at least 2 times
