For some reason I thought I already updated this.
I achieved my goals last week. This week has been really hard for me, because I've just been depressed and sad. My diet has remained the same, and I am still consistent with the exercise, yet the scale has gone up this week. Maybe that just means I am not being as good as I think I'm being.
Here are my goals this week:
-cut out sugar completely. The only sugar ( natural) that I am going to allow myself to have is watermelon.
