Yeah, well I started making the changes last month so maybe they are just kicking in now. I have been taking maca powder, a B vitamin complex, and eating a lot more greens (planted a ton of spinach and been eating a lot of it lol). Oh and eating coconut oil a lot too! I have been getting weekly pelvic/lower back adjustments at the chiro.
