Baby A is the one that's closest to the cervix. I think they can switch throughout the pregnancy. I had to ask my doctor how they could tell! Baby A will be the first one delivered, and as long as A is in vertex position (head down), it is safe to deliver both babies vaginally, even if B is in breach. But, if they can't get B turned around, or there are complications, then B should be delivered by C-Section.

Kaelyn- what are you hoping/planning for? Vaginal or C-Section? I know it's a long ways off and the babies can turn between now and the end... I'm hoping for a vaginal birth, but planning for a C-Section.
