In the morning I write 10 things I feel gratitude for. During the day I do some other exercise involving gratitude or love (using a book that came to me with 28 days of very helpful exercises), then at the end of the day I hold my Magic Rock, think about the best thing that happened to me that day and give thanks.

I got off doing my exercises and felt like I was drifting back so I am determined to make sure I do my daily practices.
