I am trying to catch up because I didn't do everything I wanted to yesterday.
I did strength training on my legs so far.
On a roll, did a circuit workout of back and biceps. I'm getting a migraine but I hope to do one more workout with dh tonight.
Woah, did one more workout with back, biceps and abs. I feel really good for catching up with my workouts.
