Cold cereal for breakfast (wheat chex). Snack was toast with butter and jelly. Then for lunch my FIL (here to help with M and G since I'm not fully functional yet) made a hash of steak and grilled veggies leftovers from last night with eggs. And tomato. Yum. I might have a nut bar soon. I think we will get Thai takeout for dinner.
I am planning ahead for when I can shop and cook again, and I have a cool new app called What's For Dinner, and am using Evernote to store recipes I want to try. Hopefully I actually use these things when real life hits again
but it is great to have a huge stack of good looking recipes that I can easily search (by ingredient or whatever). And What's For Dinner has some amazing meal planning and grocery list tool that may actually lead me to plan ahead meals. With 2 LOs I will need to be more organized!!!
