I have always done WW but I am now being successful at tracking calories so I am trying that.
How do I find out how many calories a day I need? I found links but any recommendations?
What about when I exercise? What is the lowest I should be going? I don't want to starve myself but I only know points. I know you don't have to eat your exercise points on WW but you have to hit your minimum daily points.
