Question and I am sure it is answered in the above but I am trying to get my head straight...
So today I did a long hike and took my HRM. It was a 2 hour hike and burned 965 calories. So the rates were a bit different depending on my activity and such but I think for 2 pounds a wk loss I should aim for 1200cal and I shouldn't dip below that it said. So how many calories should I eat today?
