I don't drink alot of caffeine, just one cup of tea in the morning. I also, do not cook with or eat alot of salty foods.

However, since this pregnancy started, Caffeinated drinks and salty foods seem to be the only thing that settles my stomach. I'm distressed over this since I'm afraid I'm going to hurt the baby and myself.

I've eaten more french fries in the past week than in the past 3 years. And I never drink soda, ever, but I'm sipping Coke at least twice a day to settle my stomach.

Any ideas to help curb the nausea? It's literally 24 hours a day, even in the middle of the night. I was actually sucking on potato chips to keep from vomiting over the weekend. I think I pickled my lips.
