I didn't even post any goals last week because I've been so sick but feeling better now or atleast a little bit.
Goals for this week:
1. workout atleast 3 days, one cardio, one strength and one circuit.
2. Drink a gallon of water each day. I had been having a hard time drinking water but someone suggested that I drink water with some orange juice in it so I've been putting a splash of OJ in my water and it makes it so much easier to drink.
