I'm doing a challenge on ttc #1 as well...

So I will need to do 3 walks and 3 days of strength training exercises. If AF allows that'll be 3hrs walking plus 2 days of

option 2: 10reps x 3 sets horizontal dumbbell chest press
AND 30 squats (break these up as needed (I do 10x3sets)

and 1 day of

option 2: 10reps x 3 sets tricep kickback
AND 30 squats (break these up as needed (I do 10x3sets)

As well as drinking at MINIMUM 54 oz of water/sugar free beverage each day.
Loose calorie goal of 1400-1600 per day, but I'm not really counting.

I'm also hoping to keep up with the challenges on this board, as long as I don't push myself too far.
