Sure, Kristen! I actually just downloaded a Paleo Crock-Pot cookbook on my Kindle I also borrowed this one for free, but I love it so much that I'm going to buy it: Well Fed: Paleo Recipes for People Who Love to Eat: Melissa Joulwan, David Humphreys, Kathleen Shannon: 9780615572260: Amazon.com: Books. The Well-Fed book has a chapter in the beginning about dedicating an hour during the weekend for food prep (cooking meat, chopping and/or steaming vegetables) so that fixing meals and snacks during the week is a lot easier. I'm going to try that either this weekend or next, because what I'm doing now just takes too long

We're doing mostly Paleo...we do still eat some dairy. I don't stress over every single tiny thing following the rules, but the recipes are a great jumping-off point for eating clean. It is a lot of work, especially when you are getting used to it, but we both feel so much better that it is worth it.
