lol.

If I wake, I take my temp, do what I need to go and go back to sleep. My thermometer has a memory to hold the last taken temp, so I don't bother recording it until I'm up and awake.

If I wake early, I add .1 degrees to the temperature for every 20 minutes. If I wake late, I subtract .1 for every 20. It's the only way I could chart, and I had really normal looking charts.
