I have been doing pretty good about getting in all of my water.
Yesterday I went to my hour long power class at the gym. It is an intense barbell class.
Today I am going to my cycling class.
I was pretty bad in the food section on Sunday but was good yesterday and will be today so I will not go over my weekly ww points.
