Two exercise challenges for you today. Focus on abs and back. Worth 5 points.
If any of the exercise are too difficult or need to be modified, you can replace them with another ab or back exercise of your choice. You can do this in a circuit or do the exercises separately and work them into your regular routine.
5 planks (30-60 seconds)
