I am soo not fit - LOL!! I always have to do the exercises in short sets and never in a circuit. I'm hoping that one day I'll work up to doing them in circuits. I have never been flexible or one for exercising but I'm slowly changing (I think) but I feel discouraged right now. It seems like everyone can do everything so easily and it's all a big challenge for me. ***Sorry - end my poor little me rant***

All I've done so far is:
20 vertical leg crunches
20 alternating oblique crunches

I cannot do a reverse crunch for the life of me so I'll have to do the above two again later today to make up for not doing these - or maybe 30 sit-ups. I'll update once I do it & with what I decide to do.
