All I've done so far is:
20 vertical leg crunches
20 alternating oblique crunches
I cannot do a reverse crunch for the life of me so I'll have to do the above two again later today to make up for not doing these - or maybe 30 sit-ups. I'll update once I do it & with what I decide to do.
I would NOT feel bad. I made these challenges pretty hard. I would just do it all in two sets of ten.
The reverse crunches are really hard. If you have an exercise ball you might try this.
