I would NOT feel bad. I made these challenges pretty hard. I would just do it all in two sets of ten.
The reverse crunches are really hard. If you have an exercise ball you might try this.
Thanks Patty! I've been so busy these last 2 weeks that if it were not for these challenges I wouldn't be getting any (or very) little exercise. These keep me motivated though. And, I've learned several new exercises. They have been difficult for me though - but hopefully good in the long run.
I'm finished now. Ended up doing 30 sit-ups in place of the reverse crunches.
