Today's exercise challenge: Focus chest & shoulders + cardio. You receive 5 points for completing this challenge. If any of the exercise are too difficult or need to be modified, you can replace them with another chest or shoulder exercise of your choice. You can do this in a circuit or do the exercises separately and work them into your regular routine.

15 -Push ups (modified or standard),

20- large arm circles -clockwise
20- large arm circles -counter clockwise
10- Floor fly push ups (modified or standard) (see link here: Floor Fly or Modified Floor Fly Push Ups - YouTube)
20 small arm circles -clockwise
20 small arm circles -counter clockwise
15 minutes of any type of cardio
