I did the cardio earlier. I'm going to try to do the push ups in a little bit.
WOOOH! Did it. I did the floor flyes modified today. I just worked my chest/shoulders yesterday so that was hard.
Missing my Mommy Weightloss & Fitness girls. You're the best!
