I recently found out I have PCOS which answers alot of questions I have had for the longest time. One thing my RE suggested was a LOW GI DIET but did not really go into detail. I tried looking online for some great recipes but alot of things I would think would not be LOW GI are in the meal plans... a lot of starches like breads and potatoes... Do any of you follow this kind of diet and if so do you have any recipes or meal plans that have worked well with your PCOS and dieting? Thanks in advance
