Today's exercise challenge: Focus on legs. This is worth 5 points.

If any of the exercise are too difficult or need to be modified, you can replace them with another leg exercise of your choice. You can do this in a circuit or do the exercises separately and work them into your regular routine.
2 sets of 15 squats
2 sets of 15- alternating forward lunges (See link here: Bodyweight Alternating Forward Lunge - YouTube)
2 sets of 15 sumo (or plie) squats (see link here: Body Weight Sumo Squat - YouTube)
2 sets of 15 alternating reverse lunges (see link here: Bodyweight Alternating Reverse Lunges - YouTube)
2 sets of 20 calf raises
