Do you mean low glycemic index? I don't exactly follow a low GI diet but I am eating a low carb diet right now and I try to make most of my veggies and fruits low GI but I just started this. I think people with PCOS have problems with insulin resistance and I would think this would help with that. I just don't know enough about PCOS or low gi diets to really answer your question.

When I was looking around I saw something about an insulin resistance diet. You might want to look into that too. I imagine it uses low gi foods as well.
