We dont eat out except a few times a month and I dont buy a lot of junk so thankfully I wont have to change my eating habits that much (this time around) We eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies from my parents garden and I make almost all of our meals vs processed foods.

I do have a weakness for Dr. Pepper 10 though...and I normally drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning. I've been cutting back a lot..hard but I know I have to.

I'm a stay at home mom and I honestly get a decent work out playing with them outside and inside but I am going to start doing a few extra work outs.

With my other pregnancies I gained a crazy amount of weight (65lbs each time) and it was because of my previous poor eating habits and lack of exercise. I'm starting out this pregnancy at 140lbs which is a perfect weight for me (I've lost 82lbs since giving birth to my daughter). Hoping I can limit my weight gain to less than 30lbs this time around.
