I've done lots of their videos, and I did get the first of their 8-week workout plans. I really like it, although I haven't used it "as is" simply because I'm doing other stuff most days of the week. I'll probably use their routines more through the winter... Anyway, some of their workouts are really tough so I guess my only suggestion would be to go at your own pace and don't feel you have to do all of the prescribed workouts every day, especially if you are new to working out or it has been a while.
