Today's exercise challenge: Focus full body. Today's exercise includes a little bit of everything. This is worth 5 points. Post below when you have completed this challenge. If any of the exercise are too difficult or need to be modified, you can replace them with another exercise (that works the same muscle group) of your choice. You can do this in a circuit or do the exercises separately and work them into your regular routine.

20 push ups (modified or standard, all together or in sets)
20 squats
20 bench or floor dips
20 calf raises

20 - alternating forward lunges (See link here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCujrCqkRHw) (all together or in sets)
