I would strongly suggest that in addition to the CD3 testing and SA for your husband, you ask your doctor for ultrasound monitoring during your Clomid cycles. This will help you know if/how well the Clomid is working and also help detect any unintended consequences like cysts or thinned uterine lining.

A lot of us on this board didn't have such great luck with Clomid and had to move on to other treatments. If you Google "Clomid success stories" though, you will literally get 1.7 million results, so it obviously works for a lot of women
