So I've been told not to panic, the number isn't horrible it just isn't ideal.

The last 3m have also been crazy. I spent most of June living in a hotel eating all take out food and drinking fertilitea sweettea to make me ovulate (organic raw sugar, and lots of it), I spent most of July driving back and forth while packing and living off a lot of take out food. Then I spent most of August feeding Reme and DH, both of who eat like the average american 8 year old boy (pizza, pasta, burgers etc).

So while I am still going to have it addressed by a doctor, I'm going to spend the next 3m before it needs to be redone, making changes to my diet, and my exercise. If a fasting glucose comes back bad, it'll be a new game plan.

There are several options for low GI pasta's on the market I can purchase. I'll try to make what carbs I do eat better for me carbs, and try and increase my veggie intake (again). Night times are going to be my biggest struggle because of my stomach, and will likely be the last time frame I try and make changes to.

So really I just need to go back to what I was doing before the move and just possibly make 2 meals instead of one (one for him, one for me). In 3m it might be fixed, or it might show that it's not something going to get fixed on its own.

There's a PCOS diet book.. has anyone read it? I forget what the name is, I came across it last night then the computer crashed. LOL
