I did not meet my goals last week but I feel good still. I changed my meal plan which screwed me up and I didn't drink all my water.
This week I'm making my goals simple. Get to "80 Workouts till my new tattoo" by next week.
Missing my Mommy Weightloss & Fitness girls. You're the best!
