We started walking last night....2 1/2 miles (phew) but it feels great. We plan on doing this once a day...maybe even walking further by going the entire route which is 3.9 miles but we'll work up to that. I even started using the in laws ab coaster and doing ab crunches of my own. If I can work up to 150 crunches 5 days a week (what I did in dance in high school), change my diet (to a breastfeeding friendly one and cut out fatty foods) and drink more water (than I already do), I'll drop these unwanted pounds and tone up in no time
