I have a lot of physical therapy exercises, and I try to really be mindful of my posture and how I'm holding myself and moving. I've had to relearn a lot of movements. Like I have to walk pigeontoed now, and walk up/down steps with a weird-feeling posture, and instead of squatting I have to lunge when I want to pick something up or get up off the floor.
Today my main activity was pacing the house with fussy G in my woven wrap, with a theraband tied around my ankles, which is supposed to build up certain muscles around my hips and help my walking alignment. Luckily G fell asleep right away but I kept walking around for about 10-15 minutes.
Lunges alone can be a workout! Hope you feel better soon.
At home I loooove Zumba and walking. At the gym it's normally the pool, yoga, and I'm wanting to venture out to the spinning classes.
