20 minutes of kickboxing (2 sections of 10 minute solutions knockout body dvd) - would have done more but was giving me shin splints for some reason. Also did 50 calf raises, 40 ab flexes on the weight machine, 50 plie squats, 40 regular crunches, 20 oblique crunches, 10 push ups, and 3 burpees.
